Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an Arkly account you agree to these Terms. Arkly is a digital continuity service for personal use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you store, for the trusted contacts you nominate, and for keeping your credentials safe. We do not have access to your password and cannot read your vault to recover it. Enable two-factor authentication.
3. Free trial & subscription
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial you must subscribe ($199 USD per year) to keep access. Cancellation is available at any time from the billing portal and takes effect at the end of the paid period.
4. Protocols & notifications
Arkly will attempt to dispatch notifications to your trusted contacts when one of your protocols triggers. Delivery depends on third-party email/SMS providers and on the contact details you provided. Arkly does not guarantee delivery and cannot be held responsible for outcomes outside our control.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Arkly to store illegal content, to harass others, to circumvent security measures, or to send unsolicited communications. Accounts violating these rules may be suspended without refund.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and incidents do occur.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arkly's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Arkly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the user's place of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
